On the evening of world mental health day we wanted to take a moment to remind you that it’s okay not to be okay. University and life in general is a struggle for anyone and everyone but we stress the importance of sharing, talking and going through it together. Our beautiful committee and beloved Welfare Sec are always here if you need people to lean on, talk to or simply to point you in the right direction. Keep the conversation about mental health going and know that you always have options.
As a team we all look after and out for each other, but don’t forget to look after yourself (you’re worth it).
