A team of 13 runners took to the punishing Dartmouth Cross Country course last Wednesday described by the organisers (Britannia Royal Naval College as; "one of the most physically and mentally demanding of the season where competitors are required to tackle obstacles such as the punishing steps around the perimeter, numerous times". A flying start was made as the team claimed both winning man and woman, with some impressive debut performances.
As things stand we have;
1st Senior Man, 1st Senior Woman, 1st Junior Man and 1st Junior Woman
As teams we're sitting in 3rd place in the Mens and 1st place in the Womens
Next fixture; Wednesday 16th Newnham Park with the infamous river crossings!
